Sign on and sign off will be at the small car park just off the main street in Lennoxtown around the corner from Café Barga. The sign on team will be ready for you so please sign on and have name, DOB and your entry fee of £3 ready

**Please have the correct money as we will have NO CHANGE to give you so, please have the correct coins, thanks**

Event briefing will be 9:45 / 9:50 where we will go over the details of the event and flag anything that you need to be aware of.

After the event and once you have finished your effort, please hand your number back at the car park and then make your way to Café Sonas along the road and get yourself a coffee and cake and once all riders are finished, the team will be there to announce the results of the event.

Please bring money to get your own refreshments.

There will be 2 helpers at the start, 1 holder and I timer and possible 1 x traffic management and then 2 helpers at the top which will be me taking and recording your time and 1 x other to spot you as you pass.

We hope that you can support this event and look forward to seeing you.

Once the event is complete you can decide as groups if you want to head back home of carry on your ride so, please decide that on the day

Please remember to bring the correct £3 entry fee and also remember to bring some cash for your Coffee/cake at Sonas and remember a face covering!

For those riding out from the Arch on the Green please meet there as normal and be ready to leave at 8.30 sharp.

As ever,  **GROUP LEADERS will be identified and nominated at Glasgow Green and a quick brief will be discussed for the ride ahead and agreed.

We will go through some basic safety, group riding etiquette and group riding technique, first aid and basic bike maintenance before we set off so that everyone stays safe and knows exactly what’s happening on the ride.

For those of you who are first aid trained and have been issued first aid pack, can you please bring these along on Sunday (and each run you attend)

Forecast for Sunday morning is to be dry with only a 7% chance of rain, but cold to start, with temperatures ranging from 3 – 8 degrees, with a 5 mph SSW wind

We look forward to kicking off the 2022 championship on Sunday so see you all there 😊

COVID AWARE

Can we stress again the below –

If you don’t feel safe, don’t attend. Don’t put yourself in a situation you are not comfortable with. I understand that some may be more cautious than others

1. Participants are required to carry a face covering at all times.

2. If you are in any way ill or have any symptoms at all….DO NOT attend a club ride

3. If you have been in a public situation that you feel there was or may have been a risk with regards to Covid-19, please do not attend and wait until the next club ride

4. Be respectful (as you always are), be thoughtful and mindful of your actions during your time with your fellow members.
