Hope you are well and enjoying some more of the freedoms given to us by our beloved government?
I'm very pleased to report on a really strong start to the season with the adults teams (1sts and 2nds) undefeated and some excellent wins by our U11 and U13 teams. It is especially gratifying to see our youngsters thriving in the adult teams - last Sunday's 2nd team had 8 players under the age of 18, with the youngest Ben Musikant at 13 hitting 32 not out.
This Sunday, the 1st team begin their Chess Valley League campaign vs Brondebury at Southgate CC, whilst we also have our first Development team game of the season with the evergreen David Marks leading out a team of youngsters in a game with Jewish pride at stake against Belmont & Edgware.
A reminder please to pay subs if you haven't already (details on the website) and to come to our practice sessions at Rowley Lane as follows:
Tuesday 6.15pm - Development and 2nd teams
Thursday 6.15pm - 1st and 2nd team
Sunday 10-11am - U11s
Sunday 11-12am - U13/U15s
