PARENTS / GUARDIANS of LGCC's junior cricketers should now have received an email update with relation to preparations for the 2021 season ahead.

We are excited at the prospect of being able to provide a full summer's training and games programme for not only eight different age groups but a ninth junior team in the shape of an Under-13 Girls squad as well.

It's the first time in many years that the club has offered any kind of female-specific team, despite LGCC seeing a number of girls within junior ranks - and none more notable in recent years than Middlesex first-team squad member Rebecca Tyson - who will now assist with coaching this budding young cohort.
