To all our girl members at The Lee
Hi girls,
I am delighted to announce that The Lee CC has agreed to join Chesham CC and Amersham CC in 'The Chiltern Cluster' which has been set up to offer all girls cricket coaching and matches to members of the three clubs.
All girls would still remain members of The Lee, and be eligible to train and play in our mixed teams with the boys - but if you also would like to get some coaching and matches in an all-girls environment, then the Cluster is for you.
Training and matches this season will take place at Amersham and Chesham, but next year we will have some cluster fixtures at The Lee too.
The Cluster is managed by Neil Hollister (who plays in our 2nd XI but has a daughter at Chesham CC), and I'm sure Neil would be happy to give you more details.
If you are interested, please let me know. Also, if any of your parents would be interested in assisting with the managing or coaching of the girls team, please can you let me or Neil know.
