Actonians success in the Indoor League

Following its absence due to Covid in 2020/21, this winter has seen the return of the Middlesex Indoor Cup, with group matches taking place at Middlesex Indoor Cricket School and the new facility at Gunnersbury Park Sports Hub.

Congratulations to the three group winner Actonians, Ickenham, and Kenton; who will be joined by best runners up Finchley in the Trophy Finals Day on 12th February. The Shield Finals Day for the four next best teams took place on Saturday, with Wycombe House coming out on top against Chiswick, Old Isleworthians, and Winchmore Hill.

The winner of Trophy Finals Day will proceed to the ECB’s Inter-Counties playoff in Reading against Purley-on-Thames. The winner of that match goes through to regional finals, competing for a place in the national finals at Lord’s in March.
