PLANNED NET RE-OPENING

08 Jun 2020

All

With Government guidance now permitting outdoor practice for cricketers the club will conduct a ‘pilot’ to roll out the guidance and to slowly re-open the club.

To support with this we will be opening up for some limited net sessions on Friday & Saturday, This will be on a first come, first served basis for the first two days of the pilot.

Sessions will be in one hour slots, with 50 minutes max per session with a 10 minute turnaround to ensure appropriate cleaning can be done after sessions.

The following times are available

Friday 6-7 & 7-8

Saturday 1-2, 2-3 & 3-4

Once the weekends sessions have been reviewed we will then reflect on the pilot and if all goes well we will extend days and times moving forward

Attached to this e mail is official guidance that MUST be adhered to when using the facilities, please ensure you read this before attending.

Groups of up to 6 are allowed but all individuals attending must be named on the booking, anyone not on the booking will be turned away from the club by supervisors in line with government and ECB guidance.

For all bookings please send these to joesmith785@hotmail.com, I will then confirm with you if the session time is still available.

The club has completed a full risk assessment, a copy of which will be available at sessions.

Please note, the clubhouse/toilets will continue to remain closed for the time being.

thanks
