Pleased to say that the 2020 LMV CC season is very much up and running: we have had 1st and 2nd team Sunday fixtures every week since restart, as well as a number of Colts (U11, U13 and U15) matches, with lots more to come. Scorecards on the site.
Colts training on Sunday mornings at Totteridge Millhillians (9.30-10.30 and 10.30-11.45 sessions) has been very well attended (35-40 kids each week), as has adults training on Thursday evenings at Rowley Lane (7-8.15pm).
Our Honorary Treasurer Terry Hyman tells me we have over 80 members signed up which is a club record!
Speaking of which, a reminder to all 1st and 2nd team cricketers in particular that you must pay £25 membership as a condition of playing for us. This includes the first match fee. Match fees are £15/10 thereafter (adults/kids).
We have agreed to cap fees this season for adult cricket at £100 for adults and £75 for students so if you play enough matches you will get a good deal...
Finally, two dates/events to please note and support:
1. Tomorrow (5 August) both our U11 and U15s are playing on adjoining pitches at Old Camdenians CC from 5.30pm. We would really appreciate support from as many people as possible to come and see our talented kids play.
2. 13 September will be a Club Day with an intra-club match(es). Further details to follow.
