in line with guidance provided by the ECB we are now planning to re-open our net facilities, a full risk assessment has been carried out and we are pleased to confirm we will have all neccessary hygiene and social distancing requirements in place for the re-opening.
The plan all being well will be to re-open the facilities on Friday 12th June.
A booking system will be in place with sessions limited to 50 minutes per pair.
firstly before bookings are being taken we will require support to ‘supervise’ those netting and so that the hygiene and social distancing measures are adhered to.
if you are able to support on a regular evening or weekend and have a valid DBS check then please contact Joe Smith at joesmith785@hotmail.com who can discuss further regarding requirements and dates where help will be needed.
where we can the committee will try to cover some of the evenings but this won’t always be possible so any help you can provide would be appreciated.
Once we have the adequate cover, a further communication will come out at the weekend regarding time slots and guidance on how to book net time. We will also provide guidance to all members about the ‘do’s & dont’s’ regarding the use of the nets and to ensure we remain COVID compliant.
