Please find attached the senior and volunteer membership forms for Purley on Thames CC for the 2019 season.
The usual discount for subscriptions received before the 30th April applies again this season, please return all forms via email to Ken Duggan.
As agreed at the 2018 AGM, players who don't pay their membership fees by the 1st May will be liable to pay the £12 match fee, whereby the £4 difference will be taken off the balance when paid.
