Match Report - 11 Mar 2014, Baldock Crusaders Netball Club Baldock Crusaders Braves beat Vixens
We started off this game very level, with both teams working hard, ending this quarter 5 all. Going back out into the second quarter we worked well together to enable us to gain some more goals although towards the end of this quarter the opposition gained a few goals in a row meaning the score was 13-10 to them. We didn't let this dishearten us as we went into the third quarter and fought hard to get back the few goals they had gained. Both teams struggled to gain a strong lead, alternatively scoring one goal after another, meaning the score was 19-18 to them. Catching up to the opposition gave us a confidence boost in the fourth quarter and we all worked extremely well together as defence worked tirelessly to regain possession of the ball allowing our centre court to work the ball up to our shooters, meaning we gained the lead and won the game 27-23.
